Resolves #1980.
Implementation is more or less copied from Default/symbol.py (where the behavior for ST's native Goto Definition / References is defined), minus the additional functionality when selecting an entry with the mouse while pressing a modifier key (but this isn't yet implemented in LSP's Goto commands anyway).
